Worldwide Shipping

 

We ship worldwide using DHL, FedEx, UPS and Japan Post.

Shipping costs are not included in product prices and vary depending on the destination. The exact shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery time is typically 3–5 business days and up to 10 days after your order is placed. Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs procedures.

 

! Important:The seller is not responsible for international import duties, VAT, or local taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Local & International Dispatch

If the item is in stock, it will be prepared for shipment immediately after payment confirmation.

If the item is out of stock or made to order, it will be dispatched according to the production and delivery time specified on the product page.

 

Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an email confirmation within minutes of placing your order.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email, it may be due to:

•An incorrect email address provided

•An internet connection issue during checkout

If this occurs, please email us at info@lifexp-japan.com and we will verify your order.

 

Ready to Ship

Orders will be considered ready for dispatch once:

  1. Payment has been successfully processed.
  2. The production period specified on the product page has been completed.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
  • International orders can be tracked using an AWB (Air Waybill) number, which will be sent to you.

世界への配送

当社は DHL、FedEx、UPS、Japan Post を利用して、世界中に配送いたします。
送料は商品価格に含まれておらず、配送先によって異なります。正確な送料はチェックアウト時に計算されます。

通常の配送期間は 3～5営業日、最長で10日程度 です。ただし、国際配送の場合は通関手続きにより遅延が生じる場合があります。

重要: 国際的な輸入関税、付加価値税 (VAT)、または現地税については、購入者様のご負担となります。当社は責任を負いません。

国内・国際発送

商品が 在庫あり の場合は、入金確認後すぐに発送準備を開始いたします。
商品が 在庫切れ または 受注生産 の場合は、商品ページに記載された製造・配送期間に従って発送いたします。

注文確認

ご注文後、数分以内に 注文確認メール が送信されます。
確認メールが届かない場合は、以下の原因が考えられます：

  • 入力されたメールアドレスが間違っている

  • チェックアウト時のインターネット接続に問題があった

その場合は info@lifexp-japan.com までご連絡ください。当社で注文状況を確認いたします。

発送準備完了の条件

注文が発送準備完了とみなされるのは、以下の条件を満たした時です：

  1. 支払いが正常に処理された場合

  2. 商品ページに記載された製造期間が完了した場合

注文追跡

  • ご注文が発送されると、発送確認メール をお送りします。

  • 国際注文の場合は、AWB（航空貨物運送状番号） をメールにてご案内いたします。
